10 / 10 Es un excelente lugar para alojarse, con un desayuno variado y muy rico. Cuenta con balcón que da a la calle y puedes ver la arquitectura de los alrededores; El personal muy amable y la sala de estar, cómoda, amplia, jugamos con mi hijo taca taca un buen rato. La habitación muy cómoda, tamaño preciso para un viaje de corta estancia.

10 / 10 New design, very comfortable room and bed, super clean, towels were changed every day. We were given a bigger (for 3 persons) room for free of charge instead our economy room. Breakfast is very good: fruits, cakes, egg, ham, cereals, high quality coffee. Staff is very nice. Plants are everywhere. Sta Maria Novella station is 10 min by tram. Highly recommended!

10 / 10 Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr breitgefächert und unfassbar lecker. Das Personal war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit, uns wurde bei jeder Frage schnell geholfen. Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb, das Hostel ist aber direkt in der Nähe von Straßenbahnen, Zügen und Bussen.

Ambiente bellissimo, curato divertente e pulito. Camere molto spaziose con letti molto comodi e staff da 10 e lode! Una colazione con vasta scelta tra dolci e salati. Un hotel minimal con tante piante, che abbelliscono gli spazi comuni ed i balconi delle camere, servizio H24 e parcheggio davanti alla porta di entrata. Sicuramente torneremo grazie per la vostra accoglienza!

10 / 10 L'esmorzar és excepcional perqué es reposa contínuament, i hi ha moltíssima variació, molta quantitat i molta qualitat. Cada dia posen coses noves que són bonissimes. I les persones que atenen l'esmorzar, Marco, i Davide, que és la persona que se n'encarrega gairebé sempre, són molt atents, treballadors, eficients i amabilissims.

També voldria dir que aquest hotel rep molts/es estudiants, per la qual cosa hi ha una cuina on pots preparar menjar, i que també la podem fer servir qui no som estudiants, i hi ha habitacions de reunions, és a dir, és un hotel excel.lent, i tot i que no està al centre de Florencia, esta molt a prop de la parada del tramvia Muratori, que és a quatre parades de la Plaça de l'estació de Florência, que és al costat de la basílica de Santa Maria Novella. I cal comentar l'amabilitat i eficiència de Linda, la directora, de les senyores de neteja, de les persones de recepció: Gwen, Carlos, Athos, i Matilde i Chiara (totes dues entenen el castellà i el parlen), que són molt treballadors, amabilissims, pacients, i eficients. Jo vaig tenir un contacte molt continuat amo Chiara, que parla molt bé el castella, i em va informar de tot el que li vaig preguntar, dient-me tot el que seria millor per a mi (taxis, tramvies, trens, carrers, monuments...), amb una comprensió, paciència i empatia infinites, en una paraula, Chiara va ser el meu ángel de la guarda, i tant Chiara com la resta de les persones que treballen a l'hotel fan que tota persona que vagi a aquest hotel es trobi assessorat, guiat i protegit d'una manera excepcional.

10 / 10 Fint moderne hostel i rustik stil med nem adgang til tram mod centrum. Fine værelser, jeg havde endda egen altan. God service i receptionen, som er døgnbemandet. God morgenmadsbuffet og fine fælles arealer i stueplan. Det kan helt klart anbefales.
